Garage 51 by CoffeeSociété @ Bandar Sunway

13.04.2014
Craving for coffee? therefore....... we are here! (the truth is only Min and I craving for coffee. hehe..)
I remember someone shared a link on Facebook before, saying that Garage 51 is one of the must-try coffee places in KL.

Garage 51
Brand new venture by the guys behind award-winning coffee place, CoffeeSociété. (from Garage 51 website)

Most the shops here are auto workshops, and Garage 51, a coffee house stands out here!
so is this the reason they make the entrance looks like a ........... garage??

by the time we reached here, opps!!! full house?!! and yea, we have to register our name under the waiting list and WAIT.. .. .. .. ..
luckily, we just waited for about 5 minutes and the staff managed to get us a table! yay!!

the m.e.n.u.
not only coffee, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well.

Black coffee? or white coffee?
I'm actually prefer white coffee more than black. So, one latte please!

While waiting for my coffee to be served.. .. ..

The oil-drums-turned chairs is cool, so lets sit on it and take a picture! LOL..

back to my seat, and the latte is already on the table!

huh?? paper cup?!! The staff then explained to us when serving the coffee, that they were using paper cup / plastic cup today due to water rationing.
Oic, then why don't you informed us earlier before we place any order. customers have the right to be informed and decide whether are we okay with the paper cup or not. to us, at least we can mentally prepared for it..
*a small disappointment here. >.<

and here is the photo of our  plastic / paper cup of coffee / chocolate.. .. .. =.=
Me - Latte RM8.90
Xian - Cappuccino RM8.90
Min - her favourite, Flat White RM8.90
Lian - the one who cannot take coffee, so she go for Iced Chocolate RM11.50
(the iced chocolate that served with plastic cup is just like the milo ais from mamak. lol..)

New York Cheese Cake - RM9.90
not only coffee, we would like to try some cakes as well! but four of us were too full (just finished a heavy lunch in the afternoon), so we only order one slice of cake.
The cheese cake was rich and smooth yet not too creamy. Overall, the taste was good.

Is time to back. But first, let me snap a few more pictures! xD
The side view of Garage 51. Is cool right!
