i went for a talk at UTAR PJ campus..
'Emotional Excellence For Success In Work & In Life'
by Professor Dr.Leonard Yong


Before the talk begin,
Professor ask us to do a test on brain damage.. LOL.. sounds funny..
first of all, hold a pen or pencil with your LEFT hand,
and align it to a straight line in front of you. for example, it can be a pillar.
then close your right eye with right hand.

Secondly, do exactly the same but in opposite ways.
 Hold a pen or pencil with your RIGHT hand, and align it to the SAME straight line,
then close your left eye with left hand.

The result is as below:
when u close ur eye,
If it moves a lot when you close your right eye, congratulation to you!
you are thinking like an ADULT!!

BUT,
if it moves a lot when you close your left eye, even more congratulation to you!
because you still are thinking like a CHILD!!
hahahaha.. everyone LOL after listen to this..

if it doesn't move a lot when u closed either right eye or left eye,
it means you are either a successful person in life or you have to do eyes check-up..  hahahah!!!
the test is so cool ... hohohoho.. you,, i mean you,, try this and see.. :)

for me,, I'M STILL THINKING LIKE A CHILD.. OMG!!! @_@
indeed, i am.. xD

After that, there is another test called ' Leonard Personality Inventory '..
I scored highest marks in Openness and the second higher is Decisive..
Openness : creative, makes friend easily & tend to be curious.. ...................
Decisive : likes to win, too aggresive.. ..................

It can be categorized in O D  - creative decision maker..
[ am i ? LOL.. ]

I don't really remember everything what Professor said......... :

'We have to first manage spirit, mind then body to develop emotional excellence.'

Professor used Nick Vujicic's video to implied us..
It is important to first manage our spirit..
if we have +ve spirit, we will have +ve minds.. thus, we are able to manage our body to get things done.


'We would want to feel security and significance.' 
- the security and significance is not gained from others but from yourself..



'Live a mission with passion!'
